In His Infinite Wisdom, God has given men unique roles to play in the family and in this world. Even when human race sinned, God play various responsibilities upon the man. Due to sin and the denigration of human values, the role of men has eroded resulting in confusion and despair amongst men even men in the church. However, the Scriptures tell us God’s hope and redemption for the man. It is on this basis that FFCC have instituted the Men of Hope conferences, meetings, seminars and prayer and fasting sessions to encourage all to have hope in God again. These programmes encourage men to take their rightful positions in Societies again.
God expects of all men to love their wives and families deeply in their hearts. However, the current family laws and legislations have sought to take away the roles and responsibilities of men in their homes and in the society, resulting in high level of divorces, single parent homes and deep hatred amongst people who once loved each other. Many men have left home and are filled with shame, despair and confusions. In this effect, the absence of men accounts for the breakdown of families and family values. However, it is time to allow God to empower men again. We want men to continue to have deep love burning in their hearts for their wives and children.
FFCC are organising several events and encourage and inspire as many men as possible to take up their leadership positions in their homes, workplace, church and communities to fulfil their callings and destinies. FFCC Men of Hope programmes are encouraging men to have hope again and to retain their dignity and self-worth again.

Our Men of Hope Events are prayerfully and carefully designed and implemented to support men who have not surrendered to the Lordship of Jesus to have the opportunity to do so. The goal of all our programmes is to help men to become the persons that God created them to be. We do this by organising Conferences, Seminars and Meetings to learn and follow God’s plan for our lives. We focus on helping men to submit to God by allowing His purposes, and goals as detailed in the Scriptures (Bible) to shape our lives.
We believe that through total submission to God and self-discipline inspired by the Holy Spirit, men are supported to shape and mould god-fearing characters and behaviours over an stretched period of time through training in many aspects of daily living. The Apostle Paul admonishes us to have an aim to life and in everything we do, backed by training and discipline”.
26 Therefore I do not run aimlessly; I do not fight like I am beating the air. No, I discipline my body and make it my slave, so that after I have preached to others, I myself will not be disqualified (1 Corn 9:26-27).
CORE VALUES OF PROGRAMMES
The core values that underpin our programmes for restoring dignity and hope to men are as listed below. We support men to shape their lives in line with these values. We have given the scriptural basis for these values so that all men who engage with our programmes can reflect on these:

COMMITMENT – Overcoming hurdle, focused and not give up… (1 Kings 8:61; Ps 16:3; Luk 9:62)

We invite you on life journey to know God deeply and discovering your destiny and your value. You are love by God and He had great and wondering future for your life. He says: “For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you a hope and a better future” (Jer 29:11)
DIFFERENT MEN’S EVENTS
God wants men in the church and to take their leadership positions in the church. However, men are missing from church and many are subdued and hurting. However, God who pursued Adam even when He had sinned and visited Him every day in the cool of the day (Gen 3:8), is pursuing you as a man and all men. Even many of the men in church, are there in number. They are not supported to pursue their destinies and God-given roles. However, it has been affirmed that men have a greater influence on their children than their wives, in regards to the value that children place on spiritual things. The FFCC Men of Hope programmes are intended to support as many men in and outside the church to:
Discover and know Christ deeply and who they are in Christ and pursue their ministries and callings.
Develop a repertoire of skills and values through effective training and ministration
Deploy themselves into evangelism and calling; being true witnesses of Christ
Draw inspiration from the Holy Spirit each day to enable them to do exploits for the Lord
Drive the interests of his wife and children in the things of God and reach their potentials in Christ
